Lemonade is a name for several sweet beverages around the world that all have lemon flavor. Lemonades can be divided into two main groups: dark and bright. Dark lemonade is commonly known as a home-made drink in North America and India. It is a blend of lemon juice, water, sugar, or honey. Bright lemonade, which is commonly used in countries like England, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, comes from lemon and carbonated beverages.
\nThe earliest written evidence of lemonade has been found in ancient Egypt, dating to the millennium. Scientists believe that lemon fruit was introduced to the rest of the world around 700 AD from Asia. In 1676 CE, a famous company named “”Compagnie de Limonadiers”” was established in Paris, which owns the exclusive right to sell lemonade. However carbonated lemonade was first made in 1833.<\/p>\n
