Orange & Lemon Smoothie

Orange & lemon smoothie boosts the immune system, and being full of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, it is a proper drink for breakfast, evening snack or post-exercise recovery drink.

Orange: Orange contains many nutrients such as vitamin C, folate and potassium. It is a miracle for preventing from cardiac diseases and aging effects.
For making lemon & orange smoothie, you need the following ingredients:

  • Lemon: 2
  • Orange: 3
  • Greek Yogurt (low fat): 500 ml
  • Honey: 1 tbsp

To make this smoothie, squeeze the lemons. Peel the oranges and mix orange slices and lemon juice in blender to have a smooth mixture. Smooth the juice by strainer and then pour it into the blender. Add yogurt and honey and mix them. Pour your orange & lemon smoothie in a glass and enjoy it.

Orange & Pomegranate Smoothie

Orange and pomegranate smoothie is an exciting winter smoothie that, having a beautiful and appetizing color, it contains many nutrients. Fortunately, you don’t need to plenty of materials to make this smoothie and you can make it easily.

  • Pomegranate: Full of vitamin C and a long list of antioxidants. Pomegranate juice is also full of anti-inflammatory compounds and plenty of fiber.
  • Strawberry: In addition to giving a good taste to this drink, it is full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
  • Orange Juice: Full of vitamins and minerals that lower the hypertension and its contents are very useful for bones, skin, cardiovascular system, etc.

  • Frozen Apples: You can use various kinds of sweet apples for this smoothie. You would like so, you can peel the apples and put them into freezer to be frozen.
  • Orange: You can use any type of orange you like in this smoothie.
  • Orange Juice: Home-made orange juice is a better choice: but there are high quality packaged juices in market.
  • Honey: Instead of honey, you can use any other sweeteners. If oranges and apples you use are sweet enough, you can omit this ingredient.

  • Frozen Apple: 2 cups
  • Average Orange: 1
  • Sugar-free Orange Juice: 2 cups
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
  • Honey (optional): 1 tbsp

Orange & Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients for Orange & Kiwi Smoothie

  • Kiwi: 1
  • Peeled and Sliced Orange: 1
  • Chia Seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric: ¼ tsp
  • Honey: 1 tsp
  • Coconut Juice: 1 cup or 250 ml

  • Orange Juice: 1 glass
  • Granulated Sugar: 1 cup
  • Full Milk: Half of a cup
  • Vanilla Ice-cream: 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes: 3 cups

To make orange and ice-cream smoothie, mix all these ingredients in a blender.
